MUAY THAI
Muay Thai, also known as Thai boxing, is a combat sport that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This physical and mental discipline which originated in Thailand is known as the “art of eight limbs” as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.

Ashtanga is a very dynamic and athletic form of hatha yoga, made up of six series or levels, with a fixed order of postures. Alignments in Ashtanga practice are emphasized very detailed and posture-break down instructions.

I started teaching Yoga ashtanga for beginner since i have completed my international certification yoga Alliance with YOGAKARTA in 2019 and love doing ashtanga practice for myself too.
Ashtanga is a spiritual practice and way of life. It is the foundational practice of modern-day yoga (Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow,).
This is the amazing part about Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Since you memorize a set sequence of increasingly challenging postures, you always have something to work on without having to think about sequencing.
In Ashtanga yoga, you experience the same postures in the same sequence each time. You do the same postures again and again. This way you see progress and you know which pose is coming next. You don’t have to think of the next pose or look around to see what pose the other people are doing.

Slow pace yoga targeting deeper muscle and also fascia system . Combination of breathwork and lympathic tapping help to relax the nervous sytem.
By holding pose for some time will help you to understand your emotion and creating more space within. Meditative state in guided breathing technique will help to train ourself to connect with stilless and it very beneficial to reduce stress and anxiety.

Knowing that boxing is a sport which needs power, people tend to train their strength and endurance as well
Danny started to train boxing since he was in junior high. Thinking of this sport can be developed in the future, Danny has become a boxing trainer since 2018. Not only to train people know how to punch, but also he prepares someone to fight on the ring. Besides, he has a goal to introduce boxing as a sport which can be done by anyone.
