Tranquil Exhibition, an Artist Residency Program & Exhibition in TAT Art Space

Denpasar, Bali – TAT Art Space, in collaboration with Semata Gallery, is set to host the highly anticipated Tranquil Exhibition, showcasing the works of renowned artist Wilman Hermana, also known as Osmen Oswer, and his talented disciple, M. Fathi AR. The exhibition, which combines an artist residency program and open studio experience, aims to captivate art enthusiasts and promote artistic collaboration.

The Tranquil Exhibition kicked off on June 15 with the artists’ arrival at the TAT Art Space. During their residency as known as “Open Studio”, Osmen Oswer and M. Fathi AR immersed themselves in the creative atmosphere of Denpasar, drawing inspiration from the vibrant local culture and breathtaking natural landscapes.

The exhibition officially opened its doors to the public on June 20, unveiling a stunning collection of artwork that reflects the artists’ unique perspectives. From thought-provoking paintings to intricate sculptures, visitors have the opportunity to explore a diverse range of artistic expressions. The Ambengan Tenten, a well-known art collective from Denpasar, is curating the exhibition, ensuring an immersive and engaging experience for all attendees.

One of the highlights of the Tranquil Exhibition is the upcoming workshop on June 24, where participants will have the chance to learn from Osmen Oswer and M. Fathi AR themselves. The workshop will focus on drawing techniques and terrarium making, providing attendees with hands-on experience and valuable insights into the artists’ creative process.

Osmen Oswer, hailing from Bandung, West Java, is recognized for his thought-provoking and surreal artwork. His paintings often combine elements of fantasy and reality, inviting viewers to delve into imaginative worlds. M. Fathi AR, his dedicated disciple, brings his own unique artistic style to the exhibition, showcasing his talent and potential under the guidance of Osmen Oswer.

Tranquil Exhibition will run from June 20 to July 2, 2023, giving art enthusiasts ample time to appreciate the remarkable works on display. TAT Art Space, located in Denpasar, has been transformed into a haven for creativity, providing a serene and welcoming atmosphere for visitors to engage with the art.
